One of her greatest strengths is her ability to rally a team together to co-create exceptional programs and outcomes, both internally and externally. Her fresh, collaborative and authentic approach has not only resulted in award-winning programs for clients, but has fostered an office culture based on innovation, teamwork and integrity.

Prior to her current role, she led Edelman’s Consumer Marketing practice and worked with clients in a wide variety of areas, including packaged goods, food/nutrition, consumer health, fashion/beauty, retail, not-for-profit and consumer technology. Lisa is an Honours graduate of the University of Toronto and has been named one of the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada by the Women’s Executive Network for two years running. She is a member of Edelman’s Global Women’s Executive Network (GWEN) steering committee and Edelman’s global strategy committee, helping to drive our talent development efforts.  Lisa also sits on the Board of Directors for two organizations: The Harbourfront Centre, a non-profit cultural organization, and SKETCH, which enriches the lives of street youth through arts and skills programs.  She is also actively involved with mentorship programs through the American Marketing Association and Ten Thousand Coffees, a digital platform that connects students with industry leaders.
